What size of board should I get?

This one of our top questions and is very important!  So, we have dedicated an entire page to helping you make that decision.  Here is a link: Find Your Board


All of our snowboards come pre-waxed, so when you receive your board you’re ready to shred!

Our snowboard binding inserts require the same width of bolts as most all snowboard brands.

Width:  Use an M6 (6mm screw).

Length: Depends on your bindings.  Be sure to not use too long of a screw as they can go through the base.  The set that came with your bindings should work.

Shipping Costs

For US domestic orders, free.

For international orders, flat-rate shipping is $55

Of course, we provide multiple other methods to ship your sweet ride.  Prices for these options are calculated by product, service, and location.  You can see all of the options on our checkout page.

If you don’t see a method you would like, contact us.  In most cases, we can accommodate shipping requests.

Shipping Timing

Packages typically go out within 1-2 days of an order being placed.  If you have a custom item, please see the specific product for the production timeline.

For US orders,  our flat-rate packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, so your order should arrive in 2-3 days from being shipped.  If needed by a certain timeframe, consider upgrading to another shipping option.  These option are shown on the checkout page.

For international orders, our flat-rate international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and typically take 6-10 days to arrive in your country once shipped.  Note: depending on the country packages may stay in customs for varying amount of times.  Check with your local post service for more clarity on delivery times.

Note: Shipping time-frame estimates are provided by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has been properly received by the carrier. You will receive a tracking number with each order that you can use to contact them directly. 

Tracking Number


After ordering, you’ll receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. Once your order ships (~2 business days or less), you’ll receive another email a few hours after pickup. This email will contain tracking info and other relevant order details.

P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to USPS post office boxes. By default, our free standard shipping goes via USPS.

Shipping to PO boxes in other countries is often available too.  It’s up to you to verify with your local post office whether this is the case.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When it comes to customs, duties, and taxes – we follow the same principles that many large US companies follow.  In fact, our policy is the same as that of Amazon’s:

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Blank Snowboards has no control over these charges, nor can Blank Snowboards predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Aerosol Cans

Aerosol cans, such as the BoardStix Clear Matte Spray, can be shipped within the continental US; however, they will often be shipped separately to accommodate shipping restrictions.

Aerosol cans cannot be shipped by air or internationally (in most cases).

What happens after I order a snowboard wrap?

After you order a custom snowboard or custom snowboards wrap, we’ll reach out to you to ensure we have all the details needed to get your graphic perfect. Typically, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours.

Snowboard wrap application – locations

Snowboard wraps should only be applied to the top sheet.  Wraps do not adhere well to the base of boards and boards would certainly not perform well anymore.  While graphics adhere to edges, they are not durable and will likely peel off shortly.  We only apply snowboard wraps to the top of snowboards.

Snowboard wrap application – board types

Our custom snowboard wraps can be applied to any snowboard.  The wraps work best on gloss finishes.  We do not recommend installing wraps on our matte finish snowboards.

Graphic Artists

Blank Snowboards includes free basic graphic art work. If you’d like a picture and some text on a snowboard, we’ve got you. No problems.

My Own Artwork

People sometimes wonder what is the best method to turn their own paintings or drawing onto a snowboard.  We suggest scanning the artwork in.  We can confirm whether it is high enough resolution to look good on your custom snowboard.   There are many local print shops who have the capability to scan in your delicate artwork.  If you have any questions, of course, we’re happy to help.

Protecting Art

You’ve made an awesome graphic on your snowboard and you want to protect it, now what?

The answer depends on how the graphic was made.


*We do not suggest painting/drawing on the base of the snowboard.  Our snowboards come pre-waxed. Painting, drawing, or altering the base in any way will cause the board to not ride as intended.  In addition, art applied to a snowboard base post factory manufacturing will likely be easily and quickly damaged. 

Print Policy

We are stoked to help you get that perfect graphic on your board.

While thinking of ideas, keep in mind that we will not print copyrighted material without proper written consent nor graphics with explicit content (including profanity).  Blank Snowboards deems the right to decide what it will print.  A full refund less costs will be issued should something not be printed.


Blank Snowboards warrants our snowboards to be free of defects from the purchase date to the delivery of your snowboard.

To inquire about warranty on a product:

  1. Please send an email to [email protected] with a description of the defect/damage and how it occurred (if applicable).  In addition, please include photos of the damaged area (as well as photos of the top-sheet, base, and edge)
  2. We’ll respond with an evaluation
  3. Once your warranty is approved, we will send your product back to you either repaired or replaced. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for replacement.  We will do our best to address any warranty questions in a timely manner!

Manufacturing defects include non-impact delamination.  Impact damage is not categorized as a manufacturing defect.  For example, say you throw a gnarly switch 270 to frontside down a hand rail and come of early and smack your edge on the rail or plow the nose into the rail and it snapped.  That damage would not be considered a manufacturing defect as the break did not occur as a result of a manufacturing defect.  For all custom orders, warranty must be approved by our team, custom warranties include remanufacturing of the boards, refer to our return policy for custom orders as well for more details. We appreciate your understanding and always welcome inquires.

However. Reach out to us if it has been less than a week if the package is unopened, undamaged and still sealed and may be able to work with it.


To start or inquire about returning items, email [email protected] with the subject “Request RA”.  If your exchange or return is approved by our staff, you will receive an email with an RA number and additional instructions.

  • Items must be in original packaging with sealed wrapping in new condition
  • Refunds will be given within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted
  • Blank Snowboards is not responsible for lost packages. We highly recommend shipping with a carrier that offers tracking.
  • Blank Snowboards shipping costs (if more than customer paid) will be deducted from the refund.
