Products you’ve viewed: we use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Shipping address: we may ask you to enter this information to estimate shipping before you place an order, and of course it’s needed to send you your rad new snowboard

When you purchase from us, we may ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information such as a username and password. We use this information for purposes such as:

  • Sending you information about your account and order
  • Responding to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Processing payments and prevent fraud
  • Setting up your account for our store
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as calculating taxes
  • Improving our store offerings

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

Contact Forms

If you choose to submit a request via our web contact form, the entered email address, subject, and message body are forwarded to an inbox to handle your request.  Once the request has been sufficiently resolved this information is deleted.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.


We do not sell or provide your information to third-party companies for marketing purposes


We may share your information with payment processors to complete your order.  We give you options to chose how you pay including using a credit card or PayPal.

For example, when processing payments through PayPal, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

To obtain real-time shipping quotes, we send information to shipping providers including USPS and UPS.  This information includes postal codes and product dimensions and weights.

Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
